I really like their dog gear and can see why other pet owners seem to rave about it. The only downside is that the patterns I wanted were sold out fast, so I had to check back a couple times. I finally grabbed one, though, and I’m happy with it.

I was waiting for a sold-out collar, so I signed up for the restock emails. I can’t say they didn’t follow through, because they did let me know once it was back in stock. It took longer than I was hoping, but the updates were clear enough and it got the job done

I got this collar and it’s been easy to wipe off after our muddy walks. There was one spot I had to scrub at a little, but it came out fine in the end. It dries quick too. I’m only taking off one star becuase dirt still kinda gets stuck in the stitching.

I had to return an item and, i was already feeling mentally drained and expected it to turn into a whole thing. But the refund came through quicker than I thought, with no chasing or awkward back and forth. It was a really easy process, and I’m glad they handled it so smoothly.

The return label came through quickly, customer service got back to me fast, and the replacement showed up without any drama. I do wish the sizing had been a bit clearer upfront so I didn’t have to deal with an exchange in the first place, but at least the process itself was smooth

I ordered a personalized bandana for my dog it’s cute overall. The material looks nice and the name is spelled correctly, which I appreciate. The issue is that the lettering isn’t really centered, so when my dog wears it, the whole thing just looks a little off. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any problems there, but I did end up reaching out about the personalization because I expected it to be more accurate. I had to follow up/escalate the complaint since it felt like something that should’ve been caught before it shipped. Not a terrible purchase, but I do wish the custom part had been done with more care.

I really like the style of The Foggy Dog’s beds and bandanas. They’re simple and cute without being super flashy, and the colors are really nice in person. My dog looks adorable in the bandana, so I’m happy with it. Easy 5 stars from me

They’re also super easy to wipe clean, which is a big plus. Like i said, I’m happy with them so far.

The products themselves were good and I don’t really have complaints there, but the sustainability info felt a bit vague to me. I just wish they gave more specific details instead of keeping it so general.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, so I was kinda worried it wouldn’t show up in time. But the gift was a hit, so I’d probably order again

The order showed up later than I had in my head, but it did arrive in good shape, so no real issue there. The tracking barely updated, which was a bit annoying because I kept assuming no update meant something was wrong. In the end, it was fine, just wish the shipping info had been more reliable.

It feels soft enough to me, and the best sign is that my dog seems to like it. If he’s comfortable using it, that’s a win in my book.

I really liked that The Foggy Dog gives back to rescue dogs, and that’s what pushed me to order. I figured if I was going to spend a little extra, at least part of it was going toward something good.
The items I got were definitely cute, but for the price, I was expecting them to feel a bit more special. Shipping also took longer than I’d hoped, which made me feel like I wasn’t getting as much value for what I paid.
I’m glad some of the money supports a good cause, but I’d be hesitant to order again at full price. I’d probably wait for a sale next time so I don’t feel like I’m losing out.

I washed my dog's bandana and had zero issues. The instructions were really clear, like what water temp to use, how to dry it, what not to do, all of that. I didn’t have to guess or look anything up, and it came out looking fine, not faded, not weirdly wrinkled, not shrunk, nothing. Super simple to follow
